I most commonly help individuals address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and situational life stressors. If you find yourself constantly worried or overwhelmed, consumed with a busy, negative or self critical mind, or bothered by intrusive thoughts about the past or future, I’m here to help.
With some understanding of how your mind and emotions work together to create your life experience and the development of mental discipline, I am confident that you can overcome any obstacles that stand in the way of achieving the life that you want for yourself.
